Hello! My name is Kristin Collins, and I’m excited to be joining the team at K2 & Company. As an intern, my role involves supporting client image enhancement and assisting with social media efforts to ensure their message reaches its audience effectively.
Born in Fort Snelling, I grew up just west of the Twin Cities. I attended private school until high school, where I was actively involved in extracurricular activities like swimming, DECA, Letters of Love, NHS, and various athletic clubs. During my senior year, I also served as a teacher’s assistant, which taught me valuable interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Currently, I’m a sophomore at the University of St. Thomas, studying marketing management. I appreciate the small campus atmosphere and feel fortunate to call it home during the school year. Throughout my studies, I aim to deepen my understanding of company relations and the business world.
I’m passionate about building and maintaining relationships, influenced by my upbringing in a large family. This has taught me the importance of community and effective teamwork, skills I’m excited to bring to my role at K2 & Company.
I’m looking forward to collaborating with new colleagues, learning more about the world of public relations, and developing new skills that will contribute to my personal and professional growth. I’m grateful for this opportunity and excited about what lies ahead.
