Hi there! I’m Hallie (pronounced Hal-Lee 🙂) and I’m so excited to be joining the K2 team!

My passion for politics and knack for effective communication has led to nearly six years working in the field and I love the challenges that new candidates and races bring to the job.

After graduating in 2018, I dove headfirst into the world of politics. I began my career at the California State Capitol, where I worked closely with my hometown Assemblyman, gaining firsthand experience in legislative processes and constituent relations. This invaluable experience honed my understanding of the intricacies of government and the importance of effective communication in the political arena.

Seeking to broaden my horizons, I made the leap to the Republican National Committee, where I was Director of Communications for California and Nevada. In this capacity, I developed skills in strategic messaging and media relations, overseeing comprehensive communication strategies for candidates across the Golden and Silver States.

My most recent experience in the nonprofit sector has offered new perspectives on working for my community and ensuring that every voice is heard. I find joy in learning and, this August, will be pursuing a Master’s in Psychology in order to better understand and serve my community.

Beyond professional achievements, I possess a genuine passion for understanding the diverse perspectives within the electorate and crafting messaging that resonates with various demographics. This commitment to inclusivity motivates me to help others and ensure that their truest voice is always heard. I am excited to be able to explore each of these passions further with the K2 team.

Outside of work, I love taking my German Shepherd Macaroni to the dog beach or on hikes, reading, trying new recipes, volunteering, camping, and watching my New York Jets lose during football season.

I am bringing with me a comprehensive understanding of political dynamics, a can-do attitude and an unwavering passion for learning. I’m looking forward to working with this incredible, woman-led organization!

-Hallie
