I’m excited to introduce myself as the newest member of the K2 & Company team. My name is Nikki Deyle, and I’m thrilled to be joining K2 & Company as an Association Management Account Executive.

This opportunity is especially meaningful to me because K2 & Company is not a completely new organization to me. I have had the opportunity to work with K2 in the past, and that experience gave me a firsthand look at the people, culture, and quality of work that make this company so special. I’ve always believed K2 is a great company made up of great people who are doing fantastic work for their clients and the organizations they serve. When the opportunity came to join the team, it was one I was very excited to pursue.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work across agriculture, business development, marketing, events, and association engagement. My background has given me experience in building relationships, developing and managing events, working with diverse groups of stakeholders, and helping organizations move their goals forward. I especially enjoy bringing people together, creating meaningful connections, and turning ideas into successful programs and events.

My career in agriculture has also shaped the way I approach my work. Growing up and continuing to be involved in a family farming operation has given me a strong appreciation for hard work, relationships, and the importance of supporting the people and organizations that make our communities successful.

In my new role with K2 & Company, I’m looking forward to putting that experience to work while learning from the talented team around me. I’m excited to work with K2’s association clients, help them achieve their goals, and contribute to the great work already being done.

Most of all, I’m excited to be back working alongside people I know and respect while getting to know new colleagues and clients. I’m grateful for the opportunity to join K2 & Company and look forward to what we can accomplish together.

I’m excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to get started!
